Think… Medieval but in an Arabic setting and you will peg Nadirim. Having reviewed the conditions of my Beta Testing agreement, and since Closed Beta is officially over, I believe that I am now free to review this game. Please bear in mind that this game is not yet fully released and this review is more or less a review of my Closed Beta experience and I was absent during the last month of Closed Beta.

The game is a top-down 2D isometric point and click style fully graphical PBBG. Although most 2nd gen PBBG's are aiming for 3D, you won't be disappointed in the graphics and I found that playing in a 2D world does not distract from the enjoyment of the game in the least bit. I'll add that the graphics are attractive and well done.

Most of the common elements found in an MMO are present including a walkable map, character development based on the class system as well as skill advancement. During my experience, PvP was planned but not yet implemented so you will have to wait for open Beta to read my review of the PvP system.

While the game has a nice polished look, I could not help but to feel as if I was just playing another MMO level-mill game of kill, level up, kill, level up… with little to do in between. But it's unfair to look at Closed Beta and the limited amount of game content to judge the future of a game and hopefully the game will contain more content during Open Beta scheduled for July 26th, 2011. I really felt like this game needed something extra to give it that competitive edge, perhaps crafting, or even player housing as no Browser Based MMO has implemented player housing (at the time of this writing).

I'm usually super critical of staff esp when it comes to general behavior and abuse but I'm happy to report that the forum mods seem likeable and fair.

My final thoughts are that this game will attract a large mass of players, but how long the game will retain their attention remains to be seen.
